Escaping from the bustling atmosphere of Hanoi capital city, we move southward to the rural area in Ninh Binh to admire a scenic boat trip through Ngo river running around the limestone mountain range, visiting 3 nearby caves, climbing on the mountain to get panorama view of Trang An heritage site. We will end our Vietnam Itinerary 4 day trip with the amazing cruise journey and fresh swimming on Bai Tu Long – Halong bay

DAY 1: HANOI – NINH BINH (B/L/D)

Take 2.5-hour drive to Ninh Binh. On arrival, enjoy cycling route to Thai Vi temple.

Check-in hotel then enjoy lunch

In the afternoon, drive to Thung Nang and enjoy sampan boat trip. The scenery changes from the rustic rural life to the karst limestones covered with green vegetation

DAY 2: NINH BINH – NAM DINH (B/L/D)

Take approximately 3-hour drive to Nam Dinh.

Visiting one of these places: Vi Khe Bonsai village or visit Co Le Buddhist pagoda (the special thing of this pagoda is the fusion of Vietnam traditional architecture with European gothic architecture)

Thence, we move on driving to Giao Xuan commune of Xuan Thuy district. Check-in homestay. Then head for a small dock where we take a boat trip through a part of Xuan Thuy Mangrove National Park.

 

DAY 3: NAM DINH – BAI TU LONG BAY (B/L)

At 08:00 Take approximately 4-hour private transfer to Halong Embark the cruise and enjoy 2 day 1 night on cruise.

At 12:00 noon time, in Ha Long, you will sail your cruise for an overnight stay amongst nearly 2,000 limestone island emerging in bay and pass many rock formations with various shapes and sizes. Then sample a delicious seafood lunch while sightseeing the panorama view of the bay.

At 15:00 Experiencing outdoor activities such as: exploring caves, swimming and kayaking, etc…

After that, back to the cruise, take a shower before having lovely seafood dinner on the cruise. Overnight on board.

 

DAY 4: BAI TU LONG BAY – HANOI (B/Brunch)

Start the day with calming Tai Chi, often accompanied by an amazing sunrise and the quiet breath-taking beauty of the bay’s landscape. The cruise passes beautiful spots and you will sail further before having buffet brunch on board. Back at the dock, where you will be met and transferred to Hanoi by shuttle bus. Overnight in Hanoi.
