• From Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh city, we can take flight to Buon Ma Thuot.

• From Nha Trang or Dalat, we can take private car/public bus to get there.

 

DAY 01: BUON MA THUOT – YOKDON  NATIONAL PARK – DON VILLAGE (-/L/D)

Main activities in the morning

Greeting at the airport and transfer to YokDon National park – one of the highly recommended parks in Vietnam that offering the area of 114.544 hectares and we can trek within 2 hours through the forest to learn its bio-diversity.

Have a picnic snack for our lunch.

Firstly, take a 1-hour boat up stream of S’repok River while we can sightsee the nice roadside landscapes and witness the daily routine activities of the local residents living along the banks of river. If we are enough lucky, we will see some wild bird species.

 

Main activities in the afternoon

Trekking to Yang Lanh village to interact with the local

Exchanging our local culture and daily custom to well-understand each other.

Visiting the elephants’ cemetery before check-in our local house in Don village (famous for friendly elephants).

Tonight, we will stay in the bungalow which is designed in Ede’s traditional long house right on the riversides.

 

DAY 02: DON VILLAGE – LAK LAKE (B/L/D)

Main activities in the morning:

Leaving Don village to Lak lake. When arrive, we will ride elephant to cross the lake which last 1 hour. After that, do dug-out canoe within 1 hour. By doing this, we can unveil the charm of the lake and learn how to catch fish in traditional technique.

 

Main activities in the afternoon:

Following special lunch with Yin Yang cuisines, we will hike in 2 hours through Yang La, Le and Jun villages to get insights of Vietnamese ethnic cultures and daily life customs.

In the evening, having dinner while watching Gongs show – Traditional performance and drinking the special home-made wide with only 11-12% of alcohol. After show, we communicate with the artists by dancing with them.

Overnight in the local stilt-house.

 

DAY 03: LAK LAKE - WATERFALLS - BUON MA THUOT (B/L/D)

In the morning, touring around to visit some special plantations of pepper, rubber and a coffee farm which is located 12 km far from Buon Ma Thuot City to the East. Besides it, we will witness the full procession of making coffee

At noon time, lovely lunch is waiting for you.

In the afternoon, continuing our trip with a visit to 02 most famous waterfalls in Vietnam Central Highland, they are D’ray Sap and D’ray Nur Falls. Spend the rest of day on playing with the waterfall, Swimming, Hiking there before check-in homestay in Buon Ma Thuot city.

 

DAY 04: BUON MA THUOT CITY & COFFEE TOUR (B/-/-)

Today, enrich your knowledge about coffee by visiting Trung nguyen Coffee Villages (considered as the museum of many types of Coffee).

Then moving to a weasel coffee farm or also called Civet coffee farm which is 2km far from the city center.

Next is to visit Ethnographic museum – the largest one in this city with 4 multi-language documents inside: English, French, Vietnamese and Ede minority language.

The last stop is Buon Ma Thuot Central market for shopping around and practice how to bargain in Vietnam style.
