Dalat is very famous for Gothic architecture under French war. At this present time, some French architecture relics are still well-maintained for sightseeing by both domestic and foreign tourists.

In the past, Alexandre Yersin is “the father” of Dalat who found out Dalat and awaken the beauty of this Lam Vien plateau. In 1897, during French war in Vietnam, Paul Doumer (general of French army) had the ambition to build-up the resort for civil servants and soldiers in Indochina in Dalat because of its perfect weather which is similar to Europe’s weather. In 1910, Dalat becomes a beautiful western city with a big influence of French architecture by architect Ernest Hebrard & Jacques Lagisquet. At 08:00 Start our trip at your hotel’s lobby. Then transfer to Weasel Coffee Farm which is further 20km from Dalat town. En-route, we will stop for sightseeing at the charming flower villages with various colorful Dalat flowers.

Later on, when we arrive in Coffee Farm, check-in and learn the Weasel Coffee Producing Procession. At the end of this procession, we will get a chance to taste this coffee at the highest floor of the coffee shop inside this area. Furthermore, we can catch the amazing moment of panorama view of this farm while sipping coffee.

The procession of producing the most expensive drink in the world:

Step1: Choose the coffee type, weasel is well-selected

Step2: Planting coffee tree without using medical

Step3: Choosing the rape coffee bean then let weasel eat that. The eating coffee favorite time of the weasel is in the afternoon. They just eat 20 - 30-gram coffee and “produce” only 10 gram. The enzyme of Weasel is an important element to create the unique flavor of this extremely special coffee.

Step4: The staff will collect what Weasel “produce” then wash it with clean water, dry it out and fry it on fire with a specialized machine.

Step5: Make your dreaming drink become true by tasting a cup of this coffee.

 

Next place is to visit “Voi” waterfall (Elephant waterfall) which is the huge and less-touristic place. Later on, return to the town for visiting iconic French relics before return to the hotel for relaxing.
