PROGRAM
Day 01: Hanoi - Mai Chau 150km
At 07:30 Lets kick off the bustling city center and immerse yourself in the pure countryside atmosphere and green rice fields (on seasonal). On arrival in Mai Chau, short break, have en-route lunch with healthy menu of Yin Yang food at local food store.
In the afternoon, walking around the Mai Chau valley to visit the villages of Thai people with house on stilt, embroidery art and home stay with hill tribe people, enjoy cozy dinner and find-out their common life as well as activities. Stay overnight at local homestay in Mai Chau.
Day 02: Moc Chau - SonLa - Tuan Giao - Dien Bien Phu - 300km (B/L/D)
Wake up early for taking exercise or just breath fresh air you never have in the big cities. After breakfast, farewell to the host family and continue to Son La, pass by Moc Chau with hundreds of giant grass farm for cows and visit the ancient prison in the French war period.
At noon time, drop-in local food store for lunch in Tuan Giao. Then proceeding to Dien Bien Phu to admire the fabulous scenery in Pha Din pass. Spend one night in homestay in Dien Bien Phu.
Day 03: Dien Bien Phu - Lai Chau - Tam Duong - 200km (B/L/D)
Start your new day with visiting the old battle field in the French colonial period, war museum, Muong Thanh airbase.
Later on, drive throughout Lai Chau for Tam Duong, en-route, you'll have tons of opportunities to take nice shots of the most beautiful hill tribes in Northern Vietnam such as H'Mong, Black Thai, Black Dzao, Pazi... Overnight in homestay in Tam Duong.
Day 04: Tam Duong - Sapa (B/L/D)
Take 3-hour trek to hill tribe villages around Tam Duong then reaching to Sapa. Check in and treat your taste with Sapa specialties for lunch.
In the afternoon, hanging around Sapa with some highlights of Dragon Mountain, Sapa valley, Cat Cat stream... Have nice sleep in the lovely hotel inSapa.
Day 05: Sapa - Bac Ha local market(B/L)
Today, free in the morning for shopping around before driving to Bac Ha colorful market. En-route, having lunch at very basic local store.
In the afternoon, free on your leisure time or will enjoy another stunning trek to Ban Pho village where is well-known for Ban Pho rice wine - made from Bac Ha corn. Stay overnight in Bac Ha.
Day 06: Bac Ha - Hanoi (B/L)
Visit Bac Ha local market (available on every Sunday only). Black H'mong villagers, enjoy the common life of hill tribe people and explore what stuffs they sell and how they bargain. It is really your one-a-life-time-experience during your stay here.Then short walking around Bac Ha town before departure for Hanoi. End of the tour.
